The Cycle Step by Step

1. Hotel Onboarding

Hotels join Atlas Alliance through a simple onboarding process.
Once approved, they're integrated into the loyalty ecosystem.
Hotels are not allowed to list their own benefits independently. Instead, they must sign a formal agreement to provide specific benefits for each Atlas Alliance tier—Blue, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. These benefits are standardized across the alliance to ensure consistency and fairness for all members. Hotels that fail to comply with the agreed-upon benefits risk immediate exclusion from the program. Additionally, guests can instantly report any hotel that does not honor the contract terms directly through the Atlas Alliance app, ensuring full transparency and accountability.

2. Guest Tiers & Benefits

At checkout, the total amount a guest spends at the hotel is entered by the hotel through a simple dashboard in the local currency. This amount is instantly reflected in the guest’s Atlas Alliance app, contributing to their tier progression and future rewards. Guests start at the Blue tier and can advance to Silver, Gold, and ultimately Diamond. Each tier unlocks increasing benefits such as discounts, room upgrades, and early check-in.

3. How Guests Earn Points

Guests earn AA Points each time they stay at a participating hotel. At checkout, the hotel enters the total amount spent by the guest in the local currency through a dedicated dashboard. This amount is then converted into AA Points based on a country-specific conversion rate (e.g., 1 AA Point for every 10 USD spent). The points are instantly credited to the guest’s AA Wallet within the Atlas Alliance app. The more guests spend during their stay—on rooms, meals, or other hotel services—the more points they accumulate. These points can then be used to upgrade tiers and unlock exclusive rewards.

4. Redeeming Points

Once enough points are collected, guests can redeem them directly through the Atlas Alliance mobile app. Points can be used for a variety of rewards, including free stays, meals, spa treatments, or room upgrades. However, if a guest wishes to redeem their points for free accommodation, they must stay a minimum of three nights at the selected Atlas Alliance hotel. This policy ensures fair use of the program and encourages longer stays. All redemptions are managed easily within the app, offering a seamless and rewarding experience for loyal guests.

5. Tier Progression

As guests accumulate points, they automatically advance through the membership tiers. Each tier—Silver, Gold, and Diamond—unlocks increasingly exclusive benefits available at all Atlas Alliance hotels. These rewards apply across all participating properties, offering consistent value and recognition wherever guests choose to stay. This tiered structure encourages guests to prioritize Atlas Alliance hotels over others for a more rewarding experience.

6. Value for Hotels

The Atlas Alliance loyalty program is designed to drive long-term guest engagement and hotel success. As guests accumulate points, they progress through tiers—Silver, Gold, and Diamond—unlocking exclusive perks across all participating hotels. Guests can search for hotels by proximity to their location or filter by city and country, making it easy to choose the right stay. Featured hotels may be highlighted within the app for quick selection, increasing visibility and bookings.

Over the years, the program has proven to be a powerful tool for guest retention. Guests are motivated to return, earn, and redeem points for stays, meals, upgrades, and more. Hotels benefit by attracting repeat visitors who seek consistent rewards and quality service. By offering perks, hotels boost both occupancy and satisfaction.
